Got in my two gym days last week. For some reason, I am not as tired after my solo day as I am when Josh is watching over me, but both days are a good workout.

Even after a pizza heavy week, weight is still within normal variation. Good weather this week should encourage some good 2+ mile walks.

Got in a 23 mile ride last week. This week predicts rain all week, and I have now two toddling toddlers in the house, which means I need to constrict baby gates to keep them out of where they should not be. So much for exercise...

Did it to me again! Confusedmiley-laughing001:

I need the laughs today, not to mention some walking.

Just finished a 10k row on the indoor rowing machine. 50k for the week.

Not expecting anyone to remember my exploits, and I started rowing about ten years ago. In my imagination I began at the equator, rowed up to the North Pole, headed south, reached the equator, and am now rowing to the South Pole. Am only 300k meters from the equator. It'shot and humid.

We're finally getting some days without rain so I've been riding 3-4 times a week. This morning was exceptionally nice and I took a photo near my turnaround spot. A lot of my ride is through coastal residential areas but this is Point St. George Heritage Area (former Native American village site).

I've also resumed my dumbbell routine on alternate days. And also put in a couple of days of work in the yard.

Finally some progress. Food input almost OK just a few excess moments. Work outs have been started. It is too early to see results but I feel better and a bit hungry.
