A caveat to my "hell yeah" answer... it must be "fresh" kimchi, not cooked/jarred thats lost all it's bite and crunch.

Nah.

Not "barf" -worthy.

Might enjoy it eventually as an acquired-taste, but right now kimchi doesn't do it for me that way.

Kimchi on a dog? Only mustard belongs in hot dogs, maybe a little relish to counteract a hot mustard.

Kimchi as the hot dog? Never heard of it.
