SOLD: Crucial MX200 250 GB SSD
#1
Got this in a recent deal, don’t need it at the moment. Crucial MX200, 2.5” SATA. Newest firmware (MU04). No packaging, cables, screws, manuals, etc. Just the plain drive. Just tested it empty in a drive dock, and it’s showing 300 MB/s write/500 MB/s read speeds. Drive health looks good. Here’s a screenshot of the drive stats in DriveDX:

I’d like $62 shipped for it. PM to express interest.

It has now sold

Interesting that it too has a fairly low power on hours, just like the one space-time posted about recently.

In both cases they were below 256 hours which makes me wonder if only the low byte of a multi-byte field is being updated or reported.

yeah, hard to tell. I'm wondering if a firmware update will reset that number, because I did the firmware update somewhat recently. I thought it was a bit longer than 10 days, but who knows. I tend to look at the "Total host sector writes" number and "SSD lifetime left indicator" as better indications of how much an SSD has been used. But, perhaps on crucial knows for sure what all the values mean.

my SSD now shows 287 hours, it was 286 last time. maybe this only counts the time the SSD is actually writing/reading data, not when the power is on but the SSD is idle?

I installed a new drive on a computer and installed the OS and some other stuff then left it running - asleep for about a week. SU showed 2 hours powered on.
