Need to get Amazon Receipt or Invoice from Sept 2015
#1
My TP-Link Router had its Blue LEDS go bad. Router works fine, but can only see LED's in the dark at night, and then only barely.

Apparently it has a 2 year warranty.

I bought one at NEWEGG, and have printed the receipt.

I see I bought the other from Amazon.

I searched the two emails that I would have used to see the invoice and print it, but can't find it.

The Credit Card says Amazon.com and has a reference #, just not sure if that is just the Credit Card Reference #.

Does Amazon have a number to call, in searching their site, it seemed I was going around and around.

amazon has a record of everything you ever bought from them. simply log in to your account and do a search on orders. you'll be able to print out the invoice.

Yea, I'm not sure what Amazon was thinking when they changed their order e-mails, b/c they no longer list all the items on your order. They only list the 1st item (and sometimes that's just a partial name) and X more items.

So, you're stuck searching your orders online, as the others have said.

Have box, and found recipe, as I keep all receipts with monthly statements from AMX or VISA.. So this morning I found it in the envelope with 9/15/15 receipts.

Most of my Amazon boxes have just contained a packing slip. Some companies will take that as a proof of purchase, many will not.
