64 and overcast, with maybe 2-3 hours of sunny sky in the late afternoon, IS summer around here!

It got almost up to 65 yesterday! A real scorcher!

It's my fault.

Mini split system for super efficient cooling with lower cost and Solar Power now too.

Cool and rainy for less solar power and not needing the A/C.

Not to mention loss of sunlight with the eclipse.
