Why me lord?

Follow up to my email question from yesterday:
The person (a publicist) I've been trying to email photos to, called me today to repeat that the emails did not contain an attachment and what can we do. I said they do have an attachment and she said they weren't showing up. I asked if she was using Lotus. She said no, she just has Microsoft word.
I asked if she had entourage, she said no, she is very basic there.

Well, that's an understatement.

I said how about if I zip them and send them.
"Great" she says,"is that something I can open in Word?"

"Uh, why don't you send me the addresses of where you want these photos to go and I'll email them directly?"

So that's what we're doing. I'm waiting for her email and to see what fresh hell she is leading me into.

My client owes me.

She is one of those dumbass people that only know how to use word. She wants you to put the pictures into a word document and email her the word document. She will then open the word document and get the pictures out of that. She is just plain dumb and stupid.

Can't you just post them somewhere and give her a link?

She sent a list of five publications the photos are supposed to go to. With her press release that's supposed to go with them! And none of the places are supposed to know the others are getting the photos. I sent one email with BCC's. I hope that works, not that I care at this point.

She is probably using MS Office and refers to it as "Word". I see that a lot around here. Some Office packages include Outlook Express or Outlook in the bundle. Always a pain supporting persons who don't know enough about what they are using to tell you what they are using.
