My cat plays fetch! Now that I have the dog in the house anything I throw gets scooped up by him and poor T.J. Kittycat doesn't have a chance.

My cat barks once in a while. He has done this all his life, and we are his fourth (and last) home, so there's plenty of people who have witnessed him bark. Woof!

Yes, ours does so regularly, but only with the little canisters of silica jel that come inside of jars of vitamins. She likes the way they sounds when they're shaken, and she's got an entire collection. She'd spend hours chasing them if allowed to … as it is, every now and then she'll just find one randomly and drop it in the nearest lap.

Gotta be those little canisters, however, the plastic envelopes don't interest her…

I'd be willing to bet the cat thinks the dog is a cat.

Our two meezers like to fetch dirty socks, as well as play ice hockey on the kitchen floor with ice cubes. Also they'll fetch marbles (we only use the large ones).

We had one cat who learned to play fetch at the age of 10. He would drop his toy at our feet and look up at us and meow. We'd throw it down the hall, and he'd bring it right back.

We're trying to teach one of our newer cats how to fetch. She has brought a toy back a few times, but it still hasn't sunk in yet that she needs to bring it back to us if she wants us to throw it again.
