Wow, there are some great titles.
Unfortunately, they can't be played with VLC. I find QTP and iT both to be clunky for playing videos. And VLC is very Magic TrackPad compatible.

My first thought...
Some movies I really like that I would own, and not have to schelp out to get, or rent and rip. If you never watch a movie more than once, no point in owning it. Now if one's library loans 4K or BD, or 480p is good enough, that's a different story. I have my card, and need to find if my library does lynda.com. Still, I'd like to strip out the iT copy protection so they could be played with VLC.

Die Hard is both 4K (UHD) and HDR.
I wonder how an HDR video will look in an OS/iT that doesn't support it. Will it just not 'show', or not be correctly rendered. |
