This is very interesting. Kellyanne gets in the act, too. This is a recording not hard copy.

Woodward may have more tapes than Omarosa. Anybody complaining that the book isn't accurate may end up hearing tapes of them saying those exact words.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders issued a statement blasting the book, taking particular aim at its sourcing. “This book is nothing more than fabricated stories, many by former disgruntled employees, told to make the president look bad,” she said in a statement.

Trump and the Whitehouse are already calling the book a fraud and fabrication.

It must be preemptive since no copy of the book has been distributed to them yet. The judgement is just based upon reports, and WaPo releasing the recording of the phone call between Woodward and Trump (in which Trump said Woodward had always treated him fairly)

Interesting phrasing. I guess they are all disgruntled, former or not.

Policeman: Do you have any disgruntled employees?

Nathan Arizona Sr.: Hell, they're all disgruntled. I ain't running no damn daisy farm. My motto is "Do it my way or watch your butt!"

Orange Tweetos this morning:

“Isn’t it a shame that someone can write an article or book, totally make up stories and form a picture of a person that is literally the exact opposite of the fact, and get away with it without retribution or cost.”
“Don’t know why Washington politicians don’t change libel laws?”

Seems like Woodward went out of his way to get Dumbf's own statements about what he'd learned - as would any good reporter - and Dumbf and his "staff" ignored multiple requests.

If one had to choose a reporter with integrity, it'd be Bob Woodward. Dumbf's circus tent is being rapidly dismantled now - let's hope his circus leaves town with it, and soon.
