Eye Can See! F/U to Cataract Surgery
#1
original post
Surgery went great, awake thru entire procedure. Just got back from
Post-Op visit, Got the pirate patch off & Dr. said all is good and my
vision should improve with each passing day. The cataract was "very thick brown"; no wonder I couldn't see.
Colors are so vivid & bright! Just have to follow the eye-drops (3)
thirty-day schedule and wear the eye-shield during sleep.for a week.

Can't wait to get the left eye done.

Thanks again to all for the earlier supportive responses.

:wiggle:

edit: hasn't helped my fat fingered typing!

worth awarding a Nobel Prize in Physics for, eh?
(assuming lasers were used).
I hope you have many decades of clear sailing ahead.

My wife has just started developing cataracts and has surgery scheduled soon. She depends on her eyes for her vocation (graphic designer) so this has become necessary. Also, my 92 yo Aunt had it done and she sees like a 15 yo! Only needs glasses for reading very small print.

Awesome ! Congrats on the success.....

now for the important question.... can you see UV ? Might want to run some darkened room tests. And remember... Klingons and Vulcans see into the UV spectrum, although Vulcans also see magnetic fields... Q'Plah !
