I just realized that I am making an effort the past few weeks without fully realizing it. I will do a bit more walking or take the stairs. I mainly bought this watch to be more organized. Nice feature there, Apple.
Do you fellow Apple Watchers actively close your circles?.

I try. TRY.
Do. Or do not. There is no try. LOL Yes, I too, try. And I'm pretty good at it, except for the cold and somewhat rainy weather. I do the Stand and Move as much and as many as possible, not just twelve. The more you move the tougher things get. The Exercise ring lags. Otherwise, I close them regularly. Getting Perfect Months for all three rings is quite gratifying. The Apple Watch is a gateway drug to exercise.

Non Apple Watch person here. It's like you all are speaking a different language.

I am active. I run around in circles and jump to conclusions.
I am in shape. Round is a shape.
