Strange missing doc icons

Not sure what was going on here. These aren't the generic missing icons you typically see, but removing them from the dock and then replacing them fixed it.



The missing Finder icon required a restart in Safe Mode to get everything back to normal again.

That looks like some corrupt files or some RAM issues.
