OT: Can't get Download Helper to show in Firefox

Hi guys,

A little off-topic...I've got Download Helper on my MBP in Firefox. It shows up in the menu bar, works great. However, a friend with a year-old MBP and running the latest version of Mojave, can't get it to show. Stranger yet, her husband, with an older MBP and Mojave's latest, also is able to load it up.

I deleted Download Helper from her MBP and reinstalled, restarting. It still won't show up. She has normal extensions, nothing special.

I can't figure it out. Anybody here ever run into any similar issues with Download Helper and figured them out?
