As an adult, do you dress up for Halloween?

What costume has been a hit for you?

Voted “Yes”, but more accurately, used to and loved it, but don’t anymore because [Fill in the blank...]

... don’t have an appropriate place to do it anymore.

To hand out candy, I dress up as an old fat man. Oh wait... that’s me.

I dress up as a Hawaiian tourist. Oh wait..... that's how I dress every day; whether in Hawaii, or on the Mainland. Cool

We haven't had T or T'ers in close to 20 years here, and adult parties should involve taking clothes off, not putting costumes on (not that I would know, that's why I said "should", as last adult Halloween party was 8 years ago, and it was still a "should" back then, not a "did").

My two favorite costumes: a Robin Hood costume, which I made (yes, I wear tights) and a Scottish kilt. I don't wear the costumes out in my schools, but I do while in my office at my desk. Halloween can be fun, even at my age! ;-)

Since I work from home (in a highrise), I don't typically see any other humans on Halloween. Or a lot of other days.

Only one time as an adult (thirty something). It was for a party with some artist friends.

Depends on the school's directive.. If students are allowed then I might every couple years. I have a simple costume though, just a butcher's coat with the right sleeve severed and bloody. I carry the severed limb on a foam tray, wrapped like supermarket meat.
