Took me back. Love country. Lefty Frizzel was one of my favs. Learned to dance via the Jute box and his songs.

I LOVED IT!!!

i really enjoyed how burn's crafted the narrative so that "country music" was music of america, our country.

when i was a kid in the 1970s, i "discovered" bob wills and the texas playboys.

man, i was over the moon.

Wonderful, engaging series, not just for Country Music fans. I don’t know how long it will be available to stream, but IMO, it’s worth watching.

so far, most enjoyable. Insane research.
I was surprised that Bob Wills was a bit of a ........ helping to ban some from of Opry.
