I see TP at both grocery stores I frequent every time I shop there. The last 2 times at Fred Meyer (Kroger) they even had several freestanding pallets stacked 6 feet tall in multiple locations.

You need to send some of that here! We still have empty shelves in the Detroit area. I have enough for 5, maybe 6 weeks, and that's if we don't get dysentery!

Every time we need to go shopping, we figure we have to buy it if any is on the shelves as it seems we have to become hoarders because of the hoarders.

Now I know where all the t. p., that's advertised as being manufactured in factories running 24/7, is going...

I just watched an interview with Chris Hemsworth and when asked about his stock of TP, he said his wife ordered 15 rolls about a month before the outbreak. But what she didn't realize was that she actually ordered 15 BOXES.

I'm surprised they allow three packages per person.

I set up some camelcamelcamel price alerts for Amazon (at the normal price) in the hopes it would alert me when items came back in stock. Managed to snag a 60 pack of “commercial” Cottenelle (which is actually nothing like residential Cottenelle) and the rolls have 3x the sheets of our normal rolls, so that should last us quite a while.

I later found out that the “fancy” (i.e. expensive) market near us is pretty well stocked. Even at 7p (when there is no line to get in) they had TP, eggs, hand sanitizer, etc, but maybe not the type you’d normally buy.

The TP market is generally recovering in most areas. Max 1 package purchase rules keep panic hoarding from happening. Cleveland has a pretty good supply nowadays.
