Just noticed that due to wearing a mask most of my work day, I'm not shaving as often. Between the face covering, and a bit of depression, I'm sure, I'm subconsciously thinking WTH, why bother.
I've always been able to shave every other day, but I've noticed that I'm now going 3,4, even 5 days until I say, Oh crap, I better shave.

About once a week, say every 6 days or whenever it starts to itch. When I was going to the office it was every work day.
And I don't even like having a beard. I look like a math teacher with one (an OLD math teacher these days).

If I'm going to be home, without a mask, I go three or four days unshaven, but when we go out, I shave because our N95 masks (which we had a box of in the garage from a house project) don't seal well on my stubble.

Skipped shaving completely since March. I think I did a trim at the end of march but otherwise I haven't touched it. With the students not in the buildings I can let it go. Definitely in the why bother catagory.

Am reminded of my image of British military officers stationed in remote areas of the Empire. In my imagination, they continued to shave, even when no one else was around to observe. Discipline, you know.
Have to shave every morning. Wouldn’t feel right otherwise. Some weekends, let it slip for one day.

well, my daily shaving routine pretty much stopped March 14th. I now have a mustache for the first time in my life, as well as a pointy soul patch and goatee. I keep the goatee and mustache trimmed to about 1/4". I've gotten to like not having to shave every morning, so will probably keep this new look. Also, it goes quite well when paired with a cowboy hat.

Same routine as always: I trim my beard on Sunday, use a razor to clean it up a bit under the chin every day for the rest of the week.
