Turbotax Deluxe 2019 Edit a Mistake, seems impossible

I have searched the high and low. No help on their site. Or a phone number to get help.

Wife started grandsons taxes in Turbotax, and answered the question "Can someone else claim him", wrong. Should of been YES, and she said NO.

Now I find it impossible to edit. Don't want to start over.

I have gone to FORMS, and can see the question there, but it won't allow a change.

Any ideas?

Usually in TurboTax to edit an entry like that, you don't have to start over, but you do need to redo the section that generated that form.

My CPA deals with my taxes.

You don't do it on the form.

You do it in the Q&A stuff that generates the form.

Try this:

Log into TurboTax,
Open the file,
Click on Personal Information,
Click on You & Your Family (immediately below Personal Information),
Click Edit next to your name ,
You will see you name, D.O.B. and SSN,
Click continue,
Check the third box down that says; Someone else can claim you on their tax return.
