FINALLY retired my 7 year old printer cartridge

I had been limping along with a printer that has been flashing a red light for 5 YEARS. IN the last month or two, it was really having issues - I needed to pull the cart often to give it a shake to get a decent print. I babbled about it here: http://forums.macresource.com/read.php?1...sg-2507460

I finally ordered one and it was just in time - the last several prints required a shake to get a decent print and finally, THAT stopped working. The new cart arrive the next day.

It's weird not having a flashing red light visible in the corner of my vision anymore.

I'm still squeezing out the last few grains of laser toner in mine. The recent tax doc prints I made for my records looked a more lighter shade of gray than usual.
