'ex Yahoo executives' looking to pump the hype prior to their IPO next year.

Sometimes you really need to read into these 'news' stories, not just parrot the content.

Here's a question for you, who has the computing power and bandwidth to utilize this tool efficiently?

Hey, I wrote perl script that recursively digs down through folders on an FTP server and extracts data from all the .gz files in those folders.

So I'm not impressed. :-)
