My wife and I have been enjoying various tv series filmed in Europe. Any recommendations for other series to check out?
We currently have access to Canadian versions of Netflix, AppleTV+, and Amazon Prime. Canadian licensing for shows is not always the same as in the US.
Shows we have enjoyed so far include:
Money Heist (Spanish)
Rita (Danish)
Occupied (Norwegian)
Berlin Station
Lupin (French)
thanks, Todd's on-vacation-but-not bored

I loved the early 2000s British comedy Coupling. Not sure if it streams, but I've seen it on DVD.
I was also very keen on Deutschland 83 and Deutschland 86. Deutschland 89 kinda came off the wheels, though.

You didn't mention Peacock, but if you can get the free version there:
The Capture –
"While disentangling misinformation from truth in an era of deepfakes, alternative facts and ubiquitous surveillance, an investigation of damning video evidence calls into question whether seeing is deceiving."
On Netflix (including some older ones that you may have seen but not mentioned...):
Bodyguard
Broadchurch
The End of the F***ing World
Afterlife (comedy with Ricky Gervais)
Black Mirror
Crashing (Comedy with Phoebe Waller-Bridge), which reminds me of...
Fleabag (Amazon)
Lilyhammer (Steven Van Zandt as a mob boss moved to Norway)
Sisyphus (you mentioned European, but this is Korean)

Some of my favorites have already been mentioned above but I'll second them here:
Borgen
Prime Suspect
Line of Duty
Bodyguard
Happy Valley
Broadchurch
Unforgotten
Here's a couple that I don't see mentioned:
Shetland (UK)
Offspring (Australian)
