So, can salvage divers rescue the chips in those cars? They're nearly as valuable as the rest of the car!

That area of ocean is around 10,000 ft deep, so salvage is very doubtful

Yeah, that's probably more challenging than their worth... by a lot. A whole lot.
Cool plot for a movie, though! Except it would have to be something more interesting than computer chips...

That shipload of Porches is no longer on fire, but....

Must have been wooden porches, if the were flagstone they wouldn't have burned.
