Would Apple and Google have the capabilities to disable all cell phones in Russia? what would happen if the Russians found out most of their mobile devices were bricked overnight?

I'm sure they could lock the phones/tablets through an update, maybe even geofence it too. Go outside russia, and they work again. But I think our best plan is to let them all know as much truth as possible. So, leave everything alone.

Yeah, a general sitting with nukes at his command who had a daughter, wife, niece, brother die because ‘the west’ killed all cell traffic and no one got them help in time in a medical emergency. That’s the kind of thing we want.
