spot on flea treatment irratation
#1
Revolution or Frontline both cause skin and hair irritation.

Anyone else have this experience and found a better product or solution?

Owen is an outdoor cat. We're not in a heavy flea area, but he can find them.

In mild situations like that, I find that a flea comb every other day or so takes care of it...

I flea comb him. But not that often. Think I'll try that. Hate this chemistry.
And perhaps some coconut oil in his food and on his skin.
Reading seems to be safe. Then I can clean him.

A company called VetsBest makes a natural topical spot on - it's basically Peppermint Oil and Cederwood Oil with a HUGE mark up

Try the above oils?
