My wife and I assist in many church and community related events, most involve the use of our church kitchen and parish hall. Usually food related support with my restaurant background.
Anyway, to the point, I take great pride in leaving the kitchen and dining area cleaner than when we started. As I'm doing my thing this past weekend, I recalled one day when I was mopping the floor. Now I like to spread the cleaner around heavy, let it sit for a bit, then mop it back up. I spread the cleaner out heavy in one section, then our Reverend walks in right on the wet floor. I certainly don't want a 70 ish person falling so I loudly said, "Careful Armand! I just soaked that section!"
His reply was quick and priceless.... "Don't worry, it's in my job description to walk on water!"
I don't think I'll ever stop laughing to myself at that one.
