Alright, got in two lifting workouts and was moderate with the sugar intake. I need to make it two weeks in a row.

New routine from my trainer on Friday so soreness in places I did not know I had places. Getting back to my twice a week workouts again to go with a mile or two a day with the dog. She goes at what for me is a fast walk when she is moving but makes scent stops along the way which lets me lower my heart rate. Was getting concerned about a few pound weight gain but discovered it had more to do with heavy cold weather clothes than increasing body weight.
My trainer laughs at me for checking my weight before every session since I have been +/- five pounds for a couple of years now but if I start creeping up, fixing it sooner is better than later.

The girl in pink at the end of the clip is heartless, laughing before the poor guy hits the floor.
Last week only 7.7 miles of walking but on the plus side it was at 7,000 feet of elevation. 5.5 miles this week, also at 7k feet.
