Another musical loss - David Lindley has passed

I had just donated to the health fund started by one of the folks in our fan page on Facebook for him and had purchased a wonderful Mr. Dave tee shirt to add to my donation. I really was hoping he was going to pull through. He was my inspiration for taking up the lap steel guitar. RIP Mr. Dave. Thanks for the music and inspiration.

Oh, no - I have a friend who will be crushed by this news - she's been an avid fan for decades. She and I went to see Lindley at the Coachhouse in San Juan Cap a few months before COVID hit.
