One almond danish=
750 calories
47 grams of fat
380 mg of sodium
71 grams of carbohydrates
4 grams of fibre
31 grams of sugar
13 grams of protein

when the new law demanding this kinda info on all products hit locally, the yummy maple muffin that costco sold turned out to have 930 cal each. It was discontinued soon after...
