FOUND: B&W DM 110 or parts thereof
#1
Extreme longshot but what the hay.
One of my DM110's had an explosion of a capacitor on the crossover.... I ordered a new one and it's like 3x too large, plus I suck at soldering so it's been relegated to the procrastinator pile for at least a year (maybe 2.) So needed is either a working speaker, or an intact crossover that's the same gen as mine (fuseless.) I don't have any way to know if a newer crossover will be compatible (i.e. whether the plate will fit my housing.)
Edit 7/4/2023- a crossover popped up on eBay and it turns out the woofer is dead. So now just in need of a speaker or a good bass unit.

in general, if you're gonna fix 1 XO, fix both.
perhaps check there to find the proper part(s).

sure your amp isn't having an issue that caused the blow-out?

I have a buddy I can ask about repair. He and I were staff at Record Plant here in NYC. But he is by far the better tech and still at it.
I've become a lazy bum mixer.
He won't be cheap, but he'll get it right. He's in Minneapolis.

local freecycle or similar FB group? always willing volunteers to repair stuff. or local weird-guy-hoarder shop full of old electronics. but I might buy the correct part on Mouser.com when they say yes they'll repair.

That's a great speaker, worth repairing. Try asking B&W support and see if they will send a part. I had good luck with a different English speaker maker (Quad). They sent me a schematic and several of the parts for free. Worth a try anyway.
