Just finished watching that Donna Summer documentary Love To Love You on HBO Max. While i was never a huge fan, I always respected her talent. And it didn't hurt that she was from Boston. BTW, my wife and daughter saw the Summer musical in Boston last year and loved it.
Anyway, I thought the documentary was interesting, and I learned a lot more about her life and career. But if anyone here watched it, I'd be curious if you were as annoyed as I was with the audio mix. I had to keep reaching for the volume control because a lot of the dialog and audio clips were mixed discreet left and right and if I hadn't had subtitles on (which I always do now), I would have missed a lot of the content.
It really made an otherwise very enjoyable film that much less enjoyable.
