This must be happening somewhere inside Apple.

I’ve heard it’s possible to do this, but the iOS don’t work well on a Mac because Macs lack a touchscreen.

I would also prefer to run OSX apps on my iPad. IOS is great for reading and simple tasks but when it comes to actually getting things done OSX is still best. I use Screens by Edova to remote control my computer wherever I am from my iPad.

I wish any iOS device with an M class chip would have a "MacOS Mode" available to it anytime an external keyboard, pointing device, screen and power (ALL OF THEM) are dectected!
Then make the M chip available to Pro IOS devices, but only clocked down, unless in "MacOS Mode" Wouldn't ti be awesome to plug your iPhone Pro into a dock, and POW you've got your Mac ready to go!

Also Apple: check out this new headset, you use fingers/hands to reach out to the (virtual) screen to touch everything! There is only one reason why there's no touch screen on Macs. It's because Microsoft beat Apple to the punch with Windows 8.

I also want to be able to run macOS on M-class powered iPads.
I’ve heard from several people his they long for the return of the 11” MacBoor Air. I tell them there’s already a product in that space - the iPad Pro. Would love to see such a power user mode! |
