I loved drinking an Old Fashioned
But lately I've been making an old fashioned, then adding a lemon twist and unsweetened carbonated water.
I've also switched to 100 Proof Evan Williams Bottled in Bond.
It is very nice and easy to drink.

I actually bought booze yesterday!
My mother - a former Louisvillian had a thing for bourbon. Her brother (also from Louisville and liked bourbon) brought her a small bottle 200ml of Angel's Envy as a gift on his last visit.
Mom was past drinking at that point, but kept it and when she died, I took it.
Last mother's days, I got together with my sister and we drank the bourbon as an after-dinner dessert. It was yummy.
So I bought a 750ml bottle and will keep it for similar occasions or when I just want a little tasty treat.
Also got a 4pack of Guinness cans - I almost never drink beer either, but a yummy Guinness would be nice now and then...

two thumbs up on the Angel's Envy. The big bottle is very distinctive too.
