While viewing this page in Safari (or any page), type Shift-Command-I.

That will open a new message window in your default email client with the URL filled in.

I use Command-I all the time with family.
But I still use the pull down under the File heading.

Try this, jdc: open up Mail, and in the Prefs: General, choose "Select..." and repoint the "Default Email Reader" selection to where Entourage lives in the Applications folder.

You may need a restart of the Mac. But then I'll bet Elmo will tell me that's erroneous.
