As noted elsewhere, I like Don Snoreleone.

“Trump appeared to be asleep,” New York Times senior political correspondent Maggie Haberman told CNN. “His head would fall down… He didn’t pay attention to a note his lawyer passed him. His jaw kept falling on his chest and his mouth kept going slack.”

Don - wake up!

If he starts drooling, I’m going to call for a nappy break.

Every accusation is a confession.

He might have gone too far in tying to strike a GAF pose.

I've seen YouTube video of dogs and cats falling, after falling asleep.

It would be great Court TV to hear P45*'s melon >THUNK< as it hits the table.

Another, though less satisfying, option would be to have him wake up with an apneatic (new word) snort.

I like the one comment

“I think his lawyers sedated him”.

I could post one of the many audio recordings I have of Mrs. Buzz and her nightly apneatic snorts.....
Then somebody w/ better content skills than I could re-dub those snorts onto a clip of the Orange Menace, if his own snorts aren't aggressive enough.

Been trying to get spousal unit to get hooked up w/ decent sleeping equipment to address the apnea issue, but her vanity prevails.
Her three siblings, and their late parents all have, or had, CPAP machines, and all rave about how much better they feel after sleeping with the CPAP.

Old dog, same old tricks.
Orange Menace; older dog, even older tricks.
A commercial w/ him snorting away in Court would be oh so fitting.

BTW, ya don't have to totally go new lingo, as "apneic" is a legit adverb, but I'll give ya that your "apneatic" sounds more forceful. (tu)

Thank you for the edification, Buzz!

Way off topic, but has Ms. Buzz considered Inspire? A friend who refused to consider CPAP just got hooked up and reports really good outcomes. Inspire insurance coverage requires that there be a CPAP failure. I think my friend had a CPAP but wouldn't use it and so reported it as a failure. Inspire does require anesthesia and several hours in an outpatient facility.
