You would be hard pressed to find a base model for that money.

if you can test iCloud login/activation before purchasing, worth a shot for sure.

A lot of times these sorts of deals can be scams of some sort, but there are legit good deals to be had in some cases.

Sounds good to me. I had a 13" Macbook Pro M2 (not M2 PRO) 8GB 256GB SSD
and it was a great daily driver. Lots of Firefox tabs open would cause some slowdowns.

If that mini had a M2 Pro chip in it, I would say it's good deal.
