His trade war with China introduced turmoil into the economy, contradicting a campaign promise to reduce prices and raising the possibility of a recession. In reaction to Trump, Jeff Bezos' Amazon marketplace has chosen to show tariff costs for consumers.

… Earlier this month, it was estimated that the companies launched or run by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Tesla CEO Elon Musk, and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos had lost a total of $1.8 trillion since before they lined up behind the president at his inauguration.

Lesson learned?

….Amazon just took it back…..says that was never approved, just an idea…….now not going to happen as they have to kiss the ring of Trump……and not displease him……
