Not exactly what I wanted... but I had a tight budget.
Gonna be a lot easier to lug around than the DP G5.
I want to thank Racer-X for his help, advice and for buying my G5 DP.

Yes it is white. I actually called the Apple store here in Seattle Tacoma.
I asked about refreshed laptops on hand.
I went there to pick up a black refreshed 2.16 13.3 1GB 120HD
The Sales rep went to check on it.... it was there he did not bring it out.
It was sold to someone else in just minutes, as we were chatting.
This white 13.3 screen is new. the ram and HD can be upgraded later.
I will be in Asia soon and it will do the things I need.
Thanks to Chas m also for advice regarding backing up.
This is really a very sweet Laptop... very portable

I have to get off my ass and set the tower up. I was at a bday party with a very old friend from middle school with big hooters, so I assume I get a pass for the day....
I must say that I will take very good care of the G5 tower, AIO and flat panel I got from haikuman. Though I am slightly perturbed that the cash didn't go towards hookers. But I am fairly sure some of it may go to pay the bar tab presented by the cutie with the pink hair.....
I was planning on a post warning that he would be offline for a bit, but i guess he has more innitiative than I (or he drank less)
