It is a disturbing pair of films. Tarantino's was stupid. Rodriguez' was much better. They intentionally modeled them flicks after old 'B' movies from the 70's. Lots of blood, but not like in Kill Bill, less than that.

It'll be the first Tarantino movie I won't buy on DVD.

Tarantino loves inane dialogue too much, and Rodriguez has made a bad 'bad B movie", while trying to make a good "bad B movie".

Aren't they making more of these and horror movies? Must be a market out there. Sounds like this is one I will take a pass on.
