My codes were on the original notices I received about the Class Action suit.

I got a letter from them with a code back before New-years. They said sit tight.
I'm still wondering why I got one code from three eligible printers.

because they are trying to screw you? There was something about you can't use more than X codes per purchase, which leads me to believe that each code is a single printer settlement.

I got an email that said the exact same thing. I guess I'll have to see if I have anything with a code on it.

Here is the info from the website:
Settlement Update
(May 4, 2007)
The activation date for codes has been set for June 20, 2007. All activation notices will be issued during the first weeks of May 2007. Requests for additional activation notices are no longer available. For class members who elected the alternate benefit of cash, checks will be distributed before the end of May 2007.
Edit: I opted for cash, so I am hoping a check will appear sometime this month. I got the email, but I never got a letter. Since I opted for cash, I guess there would be no need to send a lettter since I would not need a code. It would have been nice to have gotten something saying that my claim was approved, however, but I will just have to wait and see if a check shows up.

In December I received the "APPROVED CLAIM NOTICE & EPSON STORE CODE" notice which included the code. It says: IMPORTANT: THIS IS YOUR ONLY RECORD OF YOUR UNIQUE CODE.
