Its annoying! They only take up space and get in the way.
Why do women like big piles of pillows?

And because elevating certain bits is mildly kinky, in a saucy kind of way?

You're generalizing, and it's an inaccurate generalization. Big piles of pillows annoy me no end. So do generalizations.

Big piles of pillows allow for more creative recreation in the vicinity of the pillows. Wink wink, nudge nudge.

If it weren't for women, we'd be sleeping in barns, on hay, or on old stained beat-up cotton futon mattresses on the floor, or moving pads, or creaky murphy beds, or just a pile of clothes and coats on a studio apartment floor.
Thanks to women---if we let them choose the bedding and don't interfere---we have civilized, sometimes even luxurious, clean, soft, fluffy and pillow-laden places to sleep.

I would like an entire room filled with pillows to sleep amongst.

Big fluffly pillows are there to compensate for when you can't enjoy, er, other things.

I agree! We have pillows on top of the bed and under the covers, and I don't know which are for sleeping and which are for looks. Too many pillows, I don't understand the point. But, am I going to complain? Only to you. Have to say that I also agree with guitarist.

I once heard that women who like lots of fluffy pillows just haven't found the right kind of man to satisfy her...Matt, you aren't referring to girlfriends now, are you? ;-)

Not me - I like really thin pillows - comes from being a stomach sleeper
