Has anyone used a Black & Decker auto wrench?

I've been seeing TV commercials for them and was thinking of getting one for my son for Christmas. Are they useful or just a gimmick? He has a pretty good selection of standard wrenches, but the B & D looked like it might be handy to keep close by. ???

I've used a few wenches in an auto (in the old days), but I don't think my back could handle it now. Would this help if I wrenched my back?,

It's awkward and bulky is the reason I don't like it. :X
