I haven't used my iP4000 in over a year since some of the ink cartridges needed replacement. Since my other printer is need of repair, I put the iP4000 back in service with new ink cartridges last night.
I went to the Canon website to download latest drivers for my MacBook Pro -- both for the XP Boot Camp side and the OS X Leopard side. It seems like only the software for the PC is able to access all the capabilities of communicating with the iP4000 such as cleaning and test pages. I don't see any features like this with the Mac related software associated with the latest driver downloaded from Canon.
Am I missing something here? Or, is the Mac software from Canon lacking?
