The cask is actually filled with del.icio.us mango margarita today, courtesy of my adorable wife. She made a gallon pitcher of the concentrate with fresh mango juice and Cuervo Gold (yes, it's from a supermarket, but it's still yummy)...drool. This will accompany an Indian-themed feast that includes chicken tikka, curried eggplant, and naan.
