I checked the IOMEGA website and they have trigabit storage units. Anyone use their products anymore? Are the HD good and value priced?

I posted something about the deal awhile ago, also wondering what Iomega could possibly have that EMC would want.

Remember when the stock was over 40.00. It got dumped and never recovered.

Yeah, unfortunately I still have that stock.

Iomega would have *small* NAS technology.
Or perhaps EMC's R&D guys in the basement have discovered the elusive cure for the Click of Death, and designed a backup robot to utilize those billions of ZIP disks, thereby saving our nation's landfills from millions of cubic yards of black plastic.

BGnR a quick Google search leads me to believe it's a type for "trigabyte" which itself seems to be marketing-speak aimed at those too stupid to use the term 'terabyte'.
