Mac Help Stopped Working -- Any Ideas Why?

The only thing new I done is, I installed iPhoto from iLife '06 yesterday, but don't think that is the cause. If I boot from a back internal drive, which was backed up May 20, 2008 it doesn't run either. However, if I log in from another account it works just fine. Mac Help comes up, but none of the links or search works. Works just fine using the other account. I was trying to find a reason why there is now a gray ? icon located in my dock. Everything else works just fine.

Dual MDD 1 GHz PowerPC G4
1 GB Ram
Running OS 10.4.5

Appreciate any ideas.

I've solved the problem, with a little help from google. The following link solves the problem with Mac Help not working:

Still have no idea why or where the gray ? question mark in the dock came from. I'll try google again and might find that answer.
