The boss/owner wants to go ahead and get some "ergonomic" chairs for the new office. Unfortunately I have never even considered getting one and wouldn't even know where to look. Or whats good or bad.

Everywhere I have ever worked at that was looking for those went with the Herman Miller Aeron chairs.

We've got Herman Miller Aeron chairs here. I really like them--very configurable and comfortable. There are definitely cheaper options out there, but I haven't spent a great deal of time or energy researching the other options.

Steelcase has some nice chairs.
Pricey, but cheaper than the Aeron chairs.

You might be able to get a used Aeron for that. Check with used office equipment places in the area.

Via seating is high-end and amazing stuff. Check out the Swopper under the operational/task tab, it's SERIOUSLY comfortable!

Jeff, I think that's the model chair Leo Laporte uses.
