Thanks for the heads-up.
What do you think of Obama, DevoBill?

Really?

OK He is my president elect. He is a puppet and a dope. A selective constitutional scholar, with a keen eye to interpret social equality, and federalism from it. I think he will govern in similar fashion to Carter and Clinton with one ear to the wind to see what direction it is blowing. His overall thinking will be to equally spread the misery with the socialism he spouted during the election. I think he will have a very long honeymoon with congress and the press, with what they have invested in to getting him elected. I sense a long coming economic disaster from what looks to be a FDR type of solution. Foreign policy looks like a new kid on the playground trying to be liked by everyone. Just what will be compromised away?

I will help with what.
Our individual rights.

A federal government that actually listens to the people? Gee, I almost forget what that's like...

As for the rest of your rants, I think you'd better tighten your tin foil hat - some of your scalp is showing.

IS that what going on, Obama is listening. I have been listening to him say this for several months.

Thanks for being frank . . .
anyways, I may be missing something but the linked article suggests that the proceedings of government meetings will be openly available to the public, thus "giving them a seat at the table", but I don't see any reference to soliciting direction.

I though Bush was going to have the economy all fixed by January 20th. He's so modest that he never even mentions it.

he's got an MBA right ? Our first President that really understands business ... he was a businessman - correct ?

I don't understand what you're displeased with here.

Is it increased transparency in government and the solicitation of ideas from the general public?

We had our 8 years of ideology over reality. It didn't work out so well.
