That is exactly how 99% of their cases end, they only take about 1% of those submitted.

The nine Justices have sworn an oath the defend the Constitution of the United States of America. I'm glad to see that they have done their job.

You people think you are so smart. So long as this remains unanswered by BHO, the people will keep asking until the Court does take a similar case. This is just the first attempt at honest resolution. Until then, enjoy your time with an official who very likely isn't qualified to hold the office.

Well, the constitutional presidential criteria has provided this country with the current president, so it's not like it's a system that is effective at filtering out corruption, incompetence or evil.
