Dumb "Classic OS9" question
#1
On one of my iBooks when I boot up the "classic" boots up in the left hand corner. My other iBook...this doesn't happen but OS9 is on the computer.

Why is this?

In System Preferences, Classic panel, there are checkboxes to "Start Classic when you log in" and "Hide Classic while starting". Examine those settings.

edit: changed "Check those settings" to "Examine those settings" to avoid confusion!

system prefrences.
classic
Checkstart classic on log in.
Unless you use it everyday, there is no need to have it running in the background.
