Futurama Back with 26 new episodes!
#1
Last news was 4 Movie length DVD's, that has been changed!

From BillyWest.com
http://leenks.com/link36899.htm

Billy West Quote.:
"And the other good news is that they're doing 26 new episodes of
''Futurama'' for TV and we're hammering out the deal now.The original
plan was to have the DVD's first but that's no longer the case.I'm totaly
jammed dude.

Greetings from the year 3000! It still sucks!

Nope.

Billy recanted and apologized on his web site.

There are *probably* going to be 3 made-for-DVD movies.

No new episodes.

Thanks for the correction MacMagus!

I personally think SteveJobs killed the project with his Pixar money!

Sorry. That show had so much hype/promise going into it. And it let me down big time. Nothing personal.

Futurama is a very complex show that has multiple levels, and requires the viewer to actually watch the show. To get all the humor also requires the viewer to know a considerable amount of information about old movies, old TV shows, and topical humor. This is not a slam, just a fact. You have to also learn the alien alphabet to get some of the jokes also.

Or you could look up those jokes online.
